Subject-Applicant knows only two languages 1-English 2-Hindi so please direct your subordinates to communicate in the aforementioned two languages so that I may understand their motives. 
Most respectfully sheweth that 
1-applicant received a communication details as followsBooked AtNanguneri SO, Booked On 02/11/2021 11:00:07, Destination Pincode 482001 Tariff 25.00, Article Type Registered Letter
Delivery Location Jabalpur H.O. as it was addressed properly which is the address of the applicant. 
2-From the post tracking and few letters written in English, I guess that it is a notice sent under subsection 1 of section 160 of Cr.P.C. which description is given below.
3-applicant has no source of income and is facing financial crunch so subsection 2 of section 160 must also be taken into account by the concerned investigation officer. 
4-applicant is a human rights defender so such communications are quite common so detail must be either of the languages as aforementioned 1-English 2-Hindi with the detail of the matter concerned so that applicant may know the factual position.
 5-This communication cum grievance must be ensured to reach all concerned so that there may be no impediment in the proceedings of the matter investigated by the police officer. 
Still the applicant could not know the factual position of the matter unless more light is put on it in either of the aforementioned two languages.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.

Central Government ActSection 160 in The Code Of Criminal Procedure, 1973160. Police officer' s power to require attendance of witnesses.(1) Any police officer, making an investigation under this Chapter may, by order in writing, require the attendance before himself of any person being within the limits of his own or any adjoining station who, from the information given or otherwise, appears to be acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the case and such person shall attend as so required: Provided that no male person under the age of fifteen years or woman shall be required to attend at any place other than the place in which such male person or woman resides.(2) The State Government may, by rules made in this behalf, provide for the payment by the police officer of the reasonable expenses of every person, attending under sub- section (1) at any place other than his residence.

    The State Government may, by rules made in this behalf, provide for the payment by the police officer of the reasonable expenses of every person, attending under sub- section (1) at any place other than his residence.
