The matter concerns compliance of order passed in the case number-5945 (63)/2020-2021/R.E.P. dated-03/09/2020 which was overlooked through communication dated 13/08/2021 letter number-3587-3 dated 13/08/2021 addressed to additional secretary administration, Board of secondary education Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj by additional secretary regional office Varanasi board of High school and intermediate, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. For more information, vide first page of the attached PDF document. In the aforementioned communication, it was regretted by the additional secretary, regional office Varanasi board of High school and intermediate, Prayagraj, Government of Uttar Pradesh expressed inability to provide detail because applicant did not provide them roll number and district of the aggrieved student Neelkamal. But it is false and misleading, quite obvious from the factual position as the events occurred subsequently. Please I want to do retrospection to refute the aforementioned flimsy excuse of the additional secretary, regional office Varanasi board of High school and intermediate, Prayagraj, Government of Uttar Pradesh by taking the perusal of communication dated 27/10/2020 letter number-4416 addressed to personal secretary, Chief Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh by additional secretary, regional office Varanasi board of High school and intermediate, Prayagraj, Government of Uttar Pradesh.In the aforementioned communication, additional secretary, regional office Varanasi board of High school and intermediate, Prayagraj, Government of Uttar Pradesh itself shared the district and roll number of the aggrieved student Neelkamal. As far as applicant is concerned, there is no pride to say that God has granted me extraordinary entitlement to draft applications, so such lacunae can never be expected on the part of applicant. I have submitted the new representation against the procrastination of the wrongdoer additional secretary, regional office Varanasi board of High school and intermediate, Prayagraj, Government of Uttar Pradesh also attached as the third page to attached document to this representation which also include aforementioned information with the consistent documents. Which detail is as Diary No 1790/IN/2021 Case / File No 2287/24/72/2021Victim Name NEELKAMAL Registration Date 14/07/2021Since administration of Government of Uttar Pradesh lacks honest, sincere and competent staffs so matter will be brought up to the notice of the Human rights commission again so that subsequent developments may be informed to Honourable members of the commission.
