Grievance Description
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Keshaw Pratap Singh. Please direct police concerned to lodge F.I.R. in the matter against assistant manager concerned of Axis Bank Mirzapur for his offence of cheating which criminal offence. First, they assured to resolve the matter up to 10-Aug and on 10-Aug they assured to resolve the matter up to 14-Aug but now working hour is over which means they are only procrastinating on the matter.
Undoubtedly matter is concerned with the cheating and the assistant manager of axis bank, Beltar, Mirzapur city acted as an agent of the Max Life insurance cheated the aggrieved Keshaw Pratap Singh quite obvious from the video footage of CCTV installed in the axis bank but concerned instead of taking any action in the matter only procrastinating on the matter. They are only misleading nothing else. I have made following prayer before the concerned public authorities but it seems that they did not pay heed to it as the submitted report is not investigation report and concerned either remained fail to understand the submissions of the grievance either because of incompetency or because of negativity to the duty and frustration to service. Please direct police concerned to lodge F.I.R. in the matter against assistant manager concerned of Axis Bank Mirzapur for his offence of cheating which criminal offence. Right to reason is an indispensable part of the sound administrative system therefore concerned must provide the reason why the request to register the F.I.R. in the matter was overlooked by the concerned. It is quite obvious that document/bond on the proposal of the insurance company was returned on 01/09/2020 but money still not refunded to the account of the aggrieved Keshaw Pratap Singh even when the promise of refund within 10 days break.
