In the aforementioned affidavit Geeta Devi W/O Harishankar Maurya dated-26/10/2021 affirms as follows-1-I Aggrieved lady swear in the name of God, that no officer ever visited in the village panchayat as stated in communication cum report dated 25/10/2021 as the aforementioned.2-She denied as house holder of one room pucca house but factual position is that she is still living in cottage when it is claimed that P.M. Avas is being provided to those who are having no avas.3-She alleged that report is prepared by the concerned staff by sitting in the office instead of visiting at the site. Which is fabricated so based on imagination only having no relation with truth. The matter concerns Geeta Devi W/O Harishankar Maurya concerning prime minister avas scheme. The address of the Geeta Devi is as follows. Geeta Devi W/O Harishankar Maurya Village- Madanpur, Post- Nakati, Development Block- Pahari, Nakati Mishrauli Pin Code is 231304,Taluk- Mirzapur Sadar District-Mirzapur, Mobile number-6393679572 Short submissions are as follows.1-Be informed that applicant Geeta Devi W/O Harishankar Maurya made representation before minister of state, health and family welfare, Government of India.2-Consequently, a list of such applicants was forwarded by the office of respected minister as aforementioned on 29/09/2018 to chief development officer, District- Mirzapur quite obvious from the attached document.3-Detail of the applicant in the aforementioned list is at serial number-10. 4-An enquiry was carried out by the concerned staff of the development block at the behest of the chief development officer District-Mirzapur. 5-No appropriate steps in order to provide the Prime minister Avas was taken officially by the subordinates of the chief development officer Mirzapur. Please help the aggrieved lady by telling the status of the prime minister avas recommended by revered minister of state as beneficiary.
