Since the website is not accepting feedback provided after the disposal of the grievance by the complainant, so it is urgent to invite their attention to redress the grievance by taking the perusal of the representation and attached document to the representation as required by the rule of law. The matter concerns Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj (Formerly Allahabad State University) regarding rectified mark sheet of the student who appeared in improvement/back paper exam in the M.Sc. semester exam conducted by the University aforementioned.According to registrar, Allahabad state university Prayagraj, result of the back paper exam now has been updated. Already issued original mark sheet may be returned to the university to get updated mark sheet consequently grievance disposed of. It is too  much troublesome that concerned accountable staff of the university is not regretting on the mismanagement of the university as there is no transparency and accountability in the working environment of the Allahabad state university Prayagraj. Think about the gravity of the situation that Back paper exam was conducted in the year 2019 and today is 20 Oct 2021 and such a huge delay is being overlooked by our accountable public functionaries talk of good governance on the platform provided by the print and electronic media. It seems that either they did take the perusal of the attached representation of aggrieved student Anjaney Shukla submitted

The matter concerns Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj (Formerly Allahabad State University) regarding rectified marksheet of the student who appeared in improvement/back paper exam in the M.Sc. semester exam conducted by the University aforementioned. With due respect the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.  1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Anjaney Shukla S/O Mr. Sachchidanand Shukla remained a student of Deendayal Upadhyaya Government Degree College Saidabad in M.Sc. Physics. Anjaney Shukla still uses the marksheet of final semester not containing the surplus marks obtained through improvement exams conducted in the year 2019.  2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the first page of the attached document is the representation of the applicant submitted before the controller of the examination of the aforementioned university requested by the aggrieved applicant to publish rectified marksheet of last semester which must include the marks obtained by the applicant in the improvement exam conducted in the year 2019.   3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that the second and third page of the attached PDF document to this representation are the marksheets of Back paper first semester and Back paper third semester and fourth page is the marksheet of the fourth semester in which surplus marks obtained in first and third semesters are not included.  4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the result available on the internet i.e. on the website of the aforementioned university is still awaiting rectification /correction on the part of concerned staff of the aforementioned university.     5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that whether it is not obligatory duty of the accountable functionaries of the  Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj (Formerly Allahabad State University) to provide the complete marksheet of the fourth semester which was not done by them even after making claim regarding rectification.
