According to a report of the Modi government at centre-It is informed that any Multi State Cooperative Society registered under the provisions of Multi State Cooperative Societies (MSCS) Act, 2002 functions as autonomous cooperative organizations accountable to their members.

Which implies that they have blessings of the government in looting innocent and gullible investors.

Defaulter-company is not providing the matured amount A sum of contribution Rs. 252689 in words Rs. Two Lakh Fifty two thousand six hundred eighty-nine and its staffs at District Bhadohi are procrastinating more than one year. Whether the government will allow the loot of life-saving of a citizen by a Multi State Cooperative Society on the flimsy ground?

A petition under Article 32 of the constitution of India to seek remedy in the matter concerned with the loot of the innocent and gullible people in the state of Uttar Pradesh by the private financial institutions taken license from the government of India  and curb mismanagement prevailed in the government both centre and state.

Prayer-Defaulter company is not providing the matured amount and its staff at District Bhadohi are procrastinating more than one year. A sum of contribution – Rs. 252689 in words Rs. Two Lakh Fifty two thousand six hundred eighty nine.

Honourable Sir, please be kind to poor investors and order Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd. Registered under Multi State Societies Cooperative Act 2002 Regd. No.-MSCS/CR/935/2014 may provide aforementioned matured amount to investor Om Prakash Maurya S/O Bhai Lal Maurya  addressed as Main road Chaksaif, Kapoor Karpet Gali, District-Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi, PIN Code. 221401.

With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.

1-1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that  51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;

(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.

2-I pray before the Honourable Sir that whether action will be taken in the serious matter concerns the cheating by Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd. Registered under Multi State Societies Cooperative Act 2002 Regd. No.-MSCS/CR/935/2014 by the government concerned? As following reply made by the Officer Designation Section Officer Contact Address Room No. 397 Krishi Bhawan New Delhi.

It is informed that any Multi State Cooperative Society registered under the provisions of Multi State Cooperative Societies (MSCS) Act, 2002 functions as autonomous cooperative organizations accountable to their members. The multi-State cooperative society functions as per the provisions of MSCS Act, 2002, MSCS Rules, 2002 and Bye-laws in which the roles and powers of the members, general body of the society and Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies are defined in the Act. As per the provisions of Section 49 of the MSCS Act, 2002, the business matters such as to admit members, to accept the deposits and investing the same fall under the powers and functions of the board of the society and the day to day management of the business of the society is under the powers and functions of the Chief Executive of the society as per the provisions of Section 52 of the MSCS Act, 2002. Therefore, the Government of India does not provide any guarantee in making the repayment of the deposits to the members as there is no remedy available in the MSCS Act, 2002 and rules made there under. It is, therefore, advised that the members shall take decision on merits while depositing their funds in the society based on its proper functioning and viability. You can take appropriate action against the society as per the prevailing law of the land.

3-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that Defaulter company is not providing the matured amount A sum of contribution Rs. 252689 in words Rs. Two Lakh Fifty two thousand six hundred eighty nine and its staffs at District Bhadohi are procrastinating more than one year. Whether the government will allow the loot of life saving of a citizen by a Multi State Cooperative Society on the flimsy ground. It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that how the government functionaries can overlook the open loot of citizens by such cheater companies  registered under the provisions of Multi State Cooperative Societies (MSCS Act), 2002. Such loot must be stopped and ensure proper protection of the life savings of poor people.  It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that according to Financial Services (Insurance Division) Government of India does not provide any guarantee in making the repayment of the deposits to the members as there is no remedy available in the MSCS Act, 2002 and rules made there under.

4-I pray before the Honourable Sir that the aforementioned company can pursue its business through its management but can not cheat innocent and gullible citizens. Whether the government of India has no regulatory power and control over such mushrooming financial institutions is quite obvious from the absurd and ambiguous report.  According to concerned staff It is, therefore, advised that the members shall take decisions on merits while depositing their funds in the society based on its proper functioning and viability. But Sir You can take appropriate action against the society as per the prevailing law of the land. It can not be left on the innocent and gullible people.

5-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that aggrieved Om Prakash Maurya S/O Bhai Lal Maurya submitted representation before the police of the area but because of corruption nothing can be expected in this anarchy.

6-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Undoubtedly they have blessings of the concerned public staff because public functionaries are also supporting their cryptic styles of looting the innocent and gullible people of this country because of the political masters who had blessings for such companies. Such wrongdoer-companies are the funding resources for corrupt political parties and political masters during the election time.

It is a fact that several financial institutions by taking the licence from the Government of India are indulged in the looting to the innocent and gullible citizens of this country by taking the concerned government functionaries in good faith and it is most unfortunate that government is not taking serious initiatives in this direction to stop the loot of these money minting institutions indulged in cheating citizens.

These money minting institutions are looting the innocent and gullible citizens of this country who have invested their hard earned money to these institutions and these institutions are using that money commercially but position is that their principal amount is not being refunded by these money minting institutions which are looting innocent and gullible citizens in caucus with the government functionaries quite obvious from the post..

There are several ways through which public staff loot the citizens of the country, one of them is looting in caucus with such money minting financial institutions who cheated the citizens and their looted money is shared among these financial institutions and corrupt public staff.

Think about the gravity of the situation that public staff are directly denying to provide justice to these poor investors whose hard earned money has been looted.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.
