Grievance Description
Herewith on page 5 of the attached PDF document to this representation is the communication of Area Food Officer, Tahsil Sadar acting under S.D.M. Sadar. Detail of this communication is Letter number-665 year 2020-21 dated-18 Oct 2021. You sough affidavit of the applicant but applicant is seeking feedback regarding the compliance of the order already passed by the subdivisional magistrate Sadar as follows. Please take a glance of page 3 and 4 of the attached documents to the representation which is communication of Vikas Kumar Sonakar Supply inspector Chhanbey addressed to District supply officer Mirzapur approved by latter on 23/03/2021 categorically states that irregularity found in the coordination of the Control rate shop Adampur consequently S.D.M. Sadar imposed penalty of Rs.1000 and reprimanded not to repeat such irregularity.
More explanation is available on page 4. Since you did not ensure recovery of the imposed penalty so running away from providing the information concerning with the compliance of the order made by the S.D.M. Sadar in the matter quite obvious from the attached documents. Undoubtedly, it reflects rampant corruption in the working of the S.D.M. Sadar that because of corruption his orders are not complied by those who are to comply and those who are to ensure compliance. Undoubtedly it may be part of the record if compliance was made. O God save us from this giant corruption. Whether recovery of Rs.1000 from the licensee will not be made by the sub divisional magistrate as ordered aforementioned? That was merely a drama done in the office of the subdivisional magistrate ipso facto. Now it has been evident that more emphasis of the office of sub divisional magistrate Sadar is to carry out enquiry not to recover pecuniary penalty imposed by S.D.M. Sadar on the licensee of the control rate shop. Whether it is not signalling anarchy in the working of sub divisional magistrate Sadar? Whether such cryptic activities on the part of staff of Tahsil Sadar to seek affidavit for other enquiry in the same matter ipso facto instead of taking action in the earlier passed penalty did not indicate lawlessness and anarchy in the working.
