* Prayer or Relief Sought Sir - The candidate has sought information on four points which you have not given, either you don't know anything or you are completely incompetent. Because you do not even know what the complainant wants? What is he concerned with? Sir, The candidate is upset that corrupt and bribe-ridden people are being appointed by the Government which is making a mockery of the RIGHT to Information Act. What will those who do not have the capacity to read and understand the application give information? Sir, the candidate is an anti-corruption crusader and has started crusade against corruption for the last 25 years. Think of the information given in the case presented by the applicant, that is, the same information has been sought. Undoubtedly sought they did not make it available. Just as a thief is always swallowing when caught by the police, he has not stolen, the same is the case with the State Information Commission at present. Today, if there was honesty, transparency and accountability in the work., there would have been no need to be swallowed up. Now, the first appellate officer will say that the information provided by him is as per rules and will not make efforts to try to find out what information has been sought? Today, if they had not passed by copying, they would have qualified and then gullible and innocent people would not have faced this anarchy. The truth of the Right to Information act 2005 is being seen by everyone and its ramification that this right of gullible and innocent people is only running on the ventilator of the Intensive Care Unit in this age of corruption.

On 23 April 2021 an email was forwarded by the office of His Excellency Honourable President of India.to the chief secretary Government of Uttar Pradesh.

श्री मान जी प्रार्थी चार विन्दुओं पर सूचना चाही है जिसको आपने नहीं दिया है आप या तो आप को कुछ भी नहीं आता है पूर्ण रूप से अक्षम है क्योकि आप को तो यह भी ज्ञान नहीं है की ब्यथित शिकायत कर्ता चाहता क्या है वह किस बात से ब्यथित है श्री मान जी प्रार्थी इस बात से व्यथित है की सरकार द्वारा भ्र्ष्ट और घूसखोर लोगो की नियुक्ति की जा रही है जिसके कारण सूचना अधिकार अधिनियम का मखौल उड़ रहा है जिन्हे आवेदन तक पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता नहीं है वे सूचना क्या देंगे श्री मान जी प्रार्थी एक भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी योद्धा है और उसने भ्र्ष्टाचार के विरूद्ध पिछले २५ वर्षो से शुरू कर रखा है सोचिये प्रस्तुत प्रकरण में जो सूचनाए दी गयी है प्रार्थी द्वारा वही सूचनाए माँगी गयी है अर्थात नहीं मांगी गई है जैसे चोर पुलिस के द्वारा पकडे जाने पर हर वक्त गिड़ गिड़ाता रहता है उसने चोरी नहीं की है वही हालत इस समय राज्य सूचना आयोग का है जो अपने जनसूचना अधिकारी के माध्यम से हमेशा गिड़ गिड़ाता रहता है आज यदि ईमानदारी , पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही होती कार्य में तो गिड़ गिड़ाना न पड़ता
ReplyDeleteअभी प्रथम अपीली अधिकारी कहेगा की उन्होंने ने जो सूचना उपलब्ध कराई है वह नियमानुसार है और यह भी जानने प्रयास करेगा की सूचना मांगी क्या गयी है
आज अगर नक़ल करके पास न हुए होते तो लोगो में योग्यता होती और निरीह जनता को इस आराजकता का सामना न करना पड़ता
जनसूचना अधिकार का सच और इसका पुष्पित और पल्लवित होना हर कोई देख रहा है की यह अधिकार सिर्फ इंटेंसिव केयर यूनिट के वेंटीलेटर पर चल रहा है इस भ्र्ष्टाचार के युग में
