According to a report dated 30/09/2021 of regional office Prayagraj, my gas subsidy will reach into my account soon and some paper also attached to it proving the claim and I believed immediately quite obvious from the following rating remark of the applicant. Thanks a lot for understanding the contents of the grievance and providing a satisfactory solution although subsidy still has not reached the bank but I expect that it will reach soon as there is a lot of change in the working style of the concerned public functionaries.
I rated the grievance disposal average. At present I am too much aggrieved with the Indian Oil Corporation Limited who are procrastinating on the matter unnecessarily and apparently talking of customer satisfaction. While the factual position is that there is an alarming rise in the prices of the refill of domestic gas cylinders causing additional burden to the common people and meagre amount provided as subsidy to the gas consumers by the Modi Government is being withheld in a cryptic way. Sir my family is on the verge of starvation so provide gas subsidy as soon as possible into the bank account registered with gas connection. The matter concerns the non-transfer of subsidy into the registered bank account of the applicant. Grievance Status for registration number : MPANG/E/2021/07795 Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Yogi M. P. Singh Date of Receipt 20/09/2021 Here applicant submits the grievance on 20/09/2021 and whatever satisfaction letter submitted by the public sector undertaking Indian Oil Corporation Limited is dated 14/09/2021 which means aggrieved applicant submitted grievance on the latter date. How the grievance can be disposed of by taking the recourse of satisfaction note 14/09/2021 given for delivery of the gas cylinder not for transfer of subsidy.

Rating Remarks
Whether it is the proper way to redress the grievances of the people that concerned disposed of grievances without touching the submissions of the grievance? Think about the gravity of the situation, they did not provide subsidy even after undue delay. They dispose of grievance by submitting an arbitrary and inconsistent report which reflects deep rooted corruption in the working of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited. If I have to contact the concerned agency then they have to resolve my matter at the level of the gas agency. It is quite obvious that the concerned gas agency has provided an explicit report that there is no fault on the part of the gas agency but it is the fault of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

Applicant is too much aggrieved with such third grade bogus grievance redressal of the concerned staff of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited. Such cryptic dealings only promote corruption in the government machinery. It seems that there is a large-scale irregularity in the working of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited. There is no transparency and accountability in the working of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited. Since this corruption has the blessing of the senior rank bureaucrats and the political master so no one is raising fingers on it. Undoubtedly the matter will be submitted before the central vigilance commission to check the quantum of corruption. Huge mass is deprived of subsidy but no one takes it seriously. The matter concerns wide public interest.
