Passbook of Smt Vidya Devi opened in the Raipuri Branch of Aryavart Bank District Mirzapur is attached to the grievance. A 75 years old lady cannot travel 80 kilometres to district headquarters to manage the account in the Bank of India. Undoubtedly dilly-dally approach of the bank in resolving the grievances quite obvious from the earlier submitted grievances of the applicant.
