The matter concerns the non-providing registration number to the information seeker even when R.T.I. Fee has been paid to the online R.T.I. Portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. 31 Jul 2021 TO TRANSFER-INB UPCYBER TREASURY RTI210048088IK0BFAEYW9TRANSFER TO 310.00Sir more than 72 hours passed but unfortunately concerned did not provide the registration number. Whether it is justified? Undoubtedly, if they are not interested to provide registration number of the submitted online R.T.I. application, then they must refund the paid R.T.I. fee for the communique as required under the law. The staffs of the  online R.T.I. Portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh have been already informed regarding the problem, but unfortunately they did not take the email representation seriously showing their insolence and reluctant approach to the duty. This matter does not concern police. This matter concerns the R.T.I. portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Also, this matter concerns the Lucknow Development Authority. Why the concerned public staff sent the matter to the Mirzapur police is itself a mystery and only showing cryptic working style of the concerned. Sir factual position is that our corrupt public functionaries adopt a step motherly approach with the Right to Information Act 2005 as it aims to contain corruption which impedes their corrupt dealings. That is why they keep the portal inviting applications under right to information act 2005 non-functional through their cryptic working styles. The weird treatment of online portals causes resentment among the large section of people seeking information against the unlawful activities of the corrupt public staff.
