Subject-To suppress the voice of 70 years old lady Shiv Kumari Devi W/O Shivshankar,  sub-inspector cum chauki in-charge of chauki Mandi samiti under Kotwali Katra Mr. Bali Maurya itself disturbing the peace by implicating those under the charges of breach of peace who are not connected to the controversy. Action must be taken by the Honourable commission against erring sub-inspector for blatantly misusing post and power to violate the human rights of the innocent and gullible people falsely implicated under section 107/116 of the criminal penal code.

It seems that city magistrate issued the notice under section 107/116 of criminal penal code without perusing the matter disputed between the parties. 

Here police is acting at the behest of the criminal elements by taking the senior rank officers in good faith who believe the reports of police without the application of their own mind. How can those disturb the peace who are not connected with the controversy?

The matter concerns the misuse of post and power by the sub-inspector cum chauki in-charge of chauki Mandi samiti under Kotwali Katra Mr. Bali Maurya District-Mirzapur. On one side of screen, Government of Uttar Pradesh issuing circulars in the pursuance of the directives of the High court of judicature to curb the misuse of the section 107/116/151of the criminal penal code  while on the other side of screen police officers like Bali Maurya are busy in torturing aggrieved people who are submitting representations before the police concerned by slapping charges on the aggrieved people under section 107/116/151  of the criminal penal code. 

Here 70 years old lady Shiv Kumari Devi W/O Shivshankar is the aggrieved submitting representation before the police that price of the sold land still not paid by the purchasers Vinod Kumar Gupta S/O Shivshankar and Radha Devi W/O Vinod Kumar Gupta. 

Here chauki in-charge of chauki Mandi samiti under Kotwali Katra Mr. Bali Maurya deems apprehension of breach of peace from the following.

2-Manoj Gupta S/O Shivshankar Gupta 

3-Roopa Devi W/O Manoj Gupta 

Moreover, chauki in-charge of chauki Mandi samiti under Kotwali Katra Mr. Bali Maurya openly threatened to the aggrieved 70 years old lady Shiv Kumari Devi with more dire consequences if she will not stop to cry before the accountable public functionaries in order to seek justice. 

Pankaj Kumar S/O Shivshankar Gupta is a handicapped, but he is top in the list of chauki in-charge of chauki Mandi samiti under Kotwali Katra Mr. Bali Maurya quite obvious from the notice. Whether it is justified to implicate my handicapped son under the false charges of apprehension of breach of peace. Whether it is justified to harass Manoj Gupta and his wife Roopa Devi only because the 70 years old lady Shiv Kumari Devi W/O Shivshankar is living with them. Undoubtedly, chauki in-charge of chauki Mandi samiti under Kotwali Katra Mr. Bali Maurya is hatching conspiracy to suppress the voice of the  70 years old lady Shiv Kumari Devi W/O Shivshankar which reflects lawlessness and anarchy in the government of Uttar Pradesh. 

Whether in a good governance voice of the  70 years old lady Shiv Kumari Devi W/O Shivshankar is suppressed by the chauki in-charge of chauki Mandi samiti under Kotwali Katra Mr. Bali Maurya? Our culture says that we should worship our elders, but it seems that our culture is no more alive because of unskilled administrative control in the state of Uttar Pradesh. What kind of signal, concerned police, is sending to the masses?
