* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns the email communication dated-23 April 2021 of chief secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh to webmaster Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission with request -Respected Sir/ Madam The trailing forwarded for action as per rules. On 23 April 2021 an email was forwarded by the office of His Excellency Honourable President of India.to the chief secretary Government of Uttar Pradesh. On communication dated 11 Aug 2021 Joint Registrar, State Information Commission, Government of Uttar Pradesh addressed to information seeker writes as followsGentle man, You submitted an appeal on 24 March 2021 before the commission.Registry found following errors after scrutiny.
