Report of police officer on completion of investigation
Description
Every investigation under this Chapter shall be completed without unnecessary delay.
1A. The investigation in relation to an offence under sections 376, 376A, 376AB, 376B, 376C, 376D, 376DA, 376DB or 376E of the Indian Penal Code shall be completed within two months from the date on which the information was recorded by the officer in charge of the police station.

प्रार्थी श्री योगी एम0पी0 सिंह द्वारा दिये गये शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र में अंकित आरोपों की जांच राजपत्रित अधिकारी से करवा कर आवश्यक वैधानिक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करायें तथा कृत कार्यवाही की आख्या आयोग को दिनांक 03.09.2021 तक उपलब्ध करायें।
But it is unfortunate, PIO has provided me misleading information to conceal the non-compliance of order passed by the Honourable Member of Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission. It means police commissioner Lucknow did not nominate gazetted officer as enquiry officer in the matter to comply the order passed by UPHRC.

2-Provide the name and designation of gazetted officer appointed by the commissioner of police to comply to the order passed as aforementioned.
3-Provide the copy of the enquiry report submitted by the enquiry officer appointed by the police commissioner, Lucknow in compliance of the order of the commission.
4-If commissioner of police Lucknow did not proceed in the matter still, then provide the cause of procrastination under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005.
