I want to PORT out from BSNL because of arbitrary deduction of money and they did not stop even after numerous complaints

The applicant made the recharge of Rs.20 on 16 Sept 2021 at 5:15 PM  but it was exhausted on 19 Sept 2021 i.e. Sunday quite obvious from the message sent by BSNL on the mobile which screenshot is attached to the grievance. It is very surprising that these shameless people are illegally deducting money from  mobile accounts of the applicant. Now I have decided that I have not to subscribe the services of these cheaters any more and to proceed in this direction, I made repeated attempt to send port request to TRAI i.e. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. It is unfortunate that BSNL service provider is not sending the PORT request to TRAI which is corrupt dealing of the BSNL. Everyone knows that BSNL is a corrupt service provider which is the root cause that it has reached the verge of collapse. Everyone knows that the government of India will no more afford this loss-making service providing company and this public sector undertaking will be sold in the pocket of the highest bidder having an approach in the ruling party.  Such cheating is being committed by the corrupt staffs of BSNL again and again. Whether BSNL is not looting the customers in daylight is quite obvious from arbitrary deduction from the accounts of customers? Mobile Number : 7379105911

  1. For your information, now the account money completely exhausted. Whether the BSNL will tell the applicant, how the recharges made by the applicant exhausted if applicant did not make call?It is obligatory duty of the accountable staffs of the BSNL to provide the detail which may justify the deduction of the money from the account of the applicant. If the business activities are carried out in the transparent and accountable manner with honesty, then its ramification takes place. Corrupt public functionaries of non-impeccable integrity can never bring success to any institution and outcome is before all and everyone.
