Applicant submitted email representation dated 18 June 2021 before various accountable public functionaries of this country, including district magistrate.
Since the matter is closely connected with the working of district magistrate Ayodhya, so please provide the following information.
1-Aforementioned representation sent to D.M. Ayodhya is also attached to this representation, Please provide the action taken in the matter if any on the part of district administration.
2-If D.M. did not deem fit to take any action, then provide the reason as required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005.
3-If D.M. Ayodhya takes action any action on the representations of aggrieved people received on the executive email of D.M. , then provide how many emails received and action taken on the number of emails by District Magistrate during last month and this month.

Prayer or Relief Sought According to subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 -Public Information Officer has to provide the sought information within 30 days from the date R.T.I. request is received in the office of the public authority. Here stipulated 30 days to provide information to information seeker passed as RTI REQUEST RECEIVED as on 19/06/2021 and today is 23/08/2021 which categorically shows that public information officer in the office district Ayodhya violated the aforementioned section of the Right to Information Act 2005. Undoubtedly it is mockery of the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005. I think that district magistrate must provide following information if he has taken any action against those collecting donations from public and misusing. The matter concerns the high profile corruption and wide public interest. They have broken the sentiments of the people. The piece of land in Ayodhya is registered with number 243, 244 and 246. Its value is Rs 5.80 crore. It was purchased from Kusum Pathak and Harish Pathak by Sultan Ansari and Ravi Mohan Tiwari for Rs 2 crore. The purchase had two witnesses — Anil Mishra, a member of the Ram Janmabhoomi Trust, and Rishikesh Upadhyay, who is the Mayor of Ayodhya. It was purchased at 7.10 pm. In the next five minutes, the same land was bought by Ram Janmabhoomi Trust and Champat Rai for Rs 18.5 crore from Ansari and Tiwari. Rs 17 crore was transferred through RTGS
