An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to seek justice for a widow belonging to oppressed section. The matter is concerned with the procrastination of government staffs in providing widow pension to poor lady Gujrati Devi. This revered lady Gujrati Devi submitted online application for widow pension 26/10/2019 which is quite obvious from the attached document to this representation.

These grievances are itself showing the complete lawlessness and Anarchy in the government machinery. All the accountable public functionaries are not taking seriously the grievances of the agrieved people and senior accountable Public functionaries are blindly supporting The Stand of the district level officers which is quite obvious from the contents of the post.

This revered lady Gujrati Devi submitted online application for widow pension 26/10/2019 which is quite obvious from the attached document to this representation. Sir how the matter will be disposed of if it has been sent to Director Social welfare who is only procrastinating on the matter instead of taking solid and strong action in the matter. Already too much delay in the matter and dereliction on the part of director is only showing that concerned are only procrastinating on this serious issue in which a widow completely entitled for widow pension is deprived of it.it is quite obvious from the attached document that revered lady Gujrati Devi submitted online application for widow pension 26/10/2019 which means no action was taken by the concerned staffs to pave the way to provide widow pension to poor lady Gujrati Devi in six months which is mockery of the law of land. Respected Sir, whether it is rule of law where grievances of vulnerable section are arbitrarily overlooked by corrupt staffs of the government of India.
