Place of incidence of crime- Ashirvad multi-speciality Hospital, Birdopur, Mamoor Ganj, Varanasi, Date-29/07/2021 Time- Near about 2 PM Police Chauki- Mahmoor Ganj, Police Station- Bhelupur, District- Varanasi, Colour of stolen Mobile handset-Black, Name of company-Samsung Price-Rs.38000Victim- Vivek Khemka, S/O Mr. Kailash Nath Khemka, Address- Ghantaghar,  Lane-Jhavagarh, Landmark- Near Neem ke ped ke pass, Post-Mirzapur city, PIN Code-231001, Mobile numbers- 8400272525 & 8687872525Most revered Sir, with due respect, the applicant invites your kind attention to the following points.1-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the applicant submitted written representation on 29/07/2021 to in-charge, Police Chauki- Mahmoor Ganj, Police Station- Bhelupur regarding the theft of Mobile handset as aforementioned. Honourable Sir may take a glance of the attached document to the representation. 2-I pray before the Honourable Sir that six days passed but concerned staffs of the police did not inform the applicant regarding the current status of progress in the matter of the theft of Mobile handset reported on 29/07/2021. 3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that it seems that police concerned is adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter, so a first information report be lodged in the matter, so that matter may be referred to a specific designated post to trace the stolen mobile as applicant is too much aggrieved with thief caused too much troublesome.  4-It seems that concerned staff instead of making serious efforts to search the mobile, they put the written representation of the applicant into heap of garbage as they are feeling shame in searching the mobile set which will only promote the criminal elements. 5-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the applicant is facing trauma because valuable mobile hand set lost as criminal element stole it and police concerned is taking it negligently ipso facto.
