According to sub-inspector Jitendra Dubey, Case number 164/2021 is registered at police station Haja under section 352 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Progress of investigation of case by sub-inspector Jitendra Dubey which was handed over to him is zero, but two other cases not registered by Sarojini Nagar police and not investigated by any officer closed by Jitendra Dubey in Air having no ground reality. Not a single point information could be made available by the aforementioned inspector. Provide the reason for not lodging F.I.R. in the third and fourth successive criminal activities by the criminal elements. First goons in the group of 15 equipped with weapons committed premises trespass and threatened to kill information seeker with hurling abuses, thereafter again made attempt to murder information seeker. Please provide the reason for not lodging F.I.R. as the police concerned are informed regarding attempt to murder information seeker by gangsters. Punishment in IPC Section 352According to Section 352 of the Indian Penal Code, if someone attacks a person using serious or criminal force, then such person is punished with imprisonment for 3 months and with a financial penalty. This financial penalty does not exceed 500 rupees. Section 427 in The Indian Penal Code 427. Mischief causing damage to the amount of fifty rupees.—Whoever commits mischief and thereby causes loss or damage to the amount of fifty rupees or upwards, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
श्री मान पुलिस उपनिरीक्षक जीतेन्द्र दूबे जी आप को आंग्ल भाषा तो आती नहीं है इसलिए सिर्फ आप इतना बताये की जिस केस का आपने पूर्व में जिक्र किया है अर्थात २३/०३/२०२१ की घटना जिसमे विवेचक द्वारा आरोप पत्र न्यायालय में प्रेषित किया जा चुका है किन्तु आप द्वारा हर बार सिर्फ यह लिखा जाता है की विवेचना प्रचलित है अर्थात आप की कार्यशैली संदिग्ध है क्योकि आप टाल मटोल करके केस को कमजोर कर रहे है क्या आप लैटिन maxim न्याय में देरी न्याय से इंकार है परिचित नहीं है श्री मान जी आप किसी बालक को जितनी बार मारेंगे उतनी बार रोयेगा और रोना जन्मजात अधिकार है क्या आप इस प्राकृतिक अधिकार को आप प्रार्थी से छीनना चाहते है यदि प्रार्थी पर तीसरी और चौथी बार जान लेवा हमले का प्रयास किया गया तो आप कैसे कह सकते है की प्रार्थी किसी बात को बढ़ा चढ़ा कर कह रहा है या आप का यह आरोप की प्रार्थी सरकारी कार्य में बाधा डाल रहा है क्या प्रार्थी को धमकाने की सोची समझी साजिश नहीं है जब की आप सरकार के वेतन भोगी कर्मचारी है और आप का कर्तव्य है की आप शिकायतों का गुणवत्ता पूर्ण निस्तारण करे यह गुणवत्ता की तो बात दूर है आप ने कभी विषय वस्तु को पढ़ा ही नहीं जनसूचना अधिकार २००५ के तहत भी आपने कोई सूचना नहीं उपलब्ध कराइ जिससे हमें प्रथम अपील प्रस्तुत करना पड़ा सुझाव है आप आंग्ल भाषा का ज्ञान ले अन्यथा उन शिकायतों का निस्तारण न करे जो आंग्ल भाषा में हो

In summons case (section 167 (5) Cr.P.C.), if the investigation is not concluded within a period of six months from the date on which the accused was arrested, the Magistrate shall have to make an order stopping further investigation into the offence unless the investigating officer satisfies the Magistrate that for special reasons and in the interests of justice continuation of the investigation beyond the period of six months is necessary. The supervisory officer should, therefore, ensure that the investigation of cases is completed within a period of six months, and a report to the jurisdiction court is sent as stipulated under section 173 Cr.P.C. Even after submission of this report, the investigating officer may continue further investigation. If he obtains further evidence, oral or documentary, he shall forward to the Magistrate a further report or reports regarding such evidence in the form of supplementary charge sheet, or additional list of documents,
