All the documents were verified by the concerned table clerk and then received by the receiving clerk of the office, unfortunately District Inspector of School were not present in the office till then. I expect that they may not make the path more complicated by creating more hurdles and making process cumbersome in cryptic and mysterious way to achieve ulterior motives. Honourable Sir, As directed by you, Honourable Sir through communication letter number-2468-69/2021-22 dated 03/08/2021, the applicant kindly draws your attention to the following points with great respect. 1-This registered mail contains the form of application for the grant of death cum recruitment gratuity in the death of government servant as prescribed under form 12 Rules 77(2) with forwarding note of the Honourable principal of the Ramawanti Inter College, Naugaon, Nadini Mirzapur with requisite documents as required under the law in nine pages. Entire entries are duly filled under the guidance of learned principal and highly educated teachers of the college and well authenticated. 2-This registered mail contains the form of application for the grant of family pension, 1964 on the death of government servant/pensioner as prescribed under form 14 Rules 77(3) and 81 (2) with forwarding note of the Honourable principal of the Ramawanti Inter College, Naugaon, Nadini Mirzapur with requisite documents as required under the law in ten pages. Entire entries are duly filled under the guidance of learned principal and highly educated teachers of the college and well authenticated. 3-This registered mail contains four additional pages verifying left-hand thumb impression and signature of my mother Vidya Devi attested by the Honourable principal of the college with signature of the respected witnesses. This is humble request of the applicant that my mother is suffering from cardio vascular ailments and seeking remedy from expert cardiologist in Allahabad now district-Prayagraj because of the age, so please ensure her physical appearance minimal only in the case utmost necessity.   1. 1- Posting detail of Chief Treasury officer Mirzapur and Account officers in the treasury office posted in the district Mirzapur in the last 10 years.

    2-Posting details of class three employees in treasury office including date of joining in the district with name and designation.

    3-If any current staff was earlier posted in the district and later transferred and now working as second time posting, then posting details of such staffs and earlier posting details must also be made available.

    4-Whatever information is voluntarily disclosed by the public authority treasury office under subsection 1 b of section 4 of Right to Information Act 2005, which must be provided to access to the information seeker.

    5-If any staff of the treasury office is facing corruption charges and enquiry of such charges is pending or enforced, then this must be made available to the information seeker.
