Grievance Details : I Kall company may refund the cost paid by the customer as it failed to provide services and provided third grade item. Undoubtedly I Kall company is showing its real face of acting like cheaters. Today its customer care talked with me and asked to share the photographs of the item under warranty. Applicant immediately said that I have shared the photographs earlier on 2 Jul 2021, 16:17 (4 days ago) but she said that it is too old. Thereafter I said I will again share the current images. After receiving the email she immediately replied as Dear Sir/Madam Thanks for contacting us. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. As per telephonic conversation, our product has damage and same will not consider in warranty. You need to pay damage cost for further repairing. Kindly confirm on same so that we can proceed for further action. Your co-operation is highly appreciated Regards, Care Team Now you Hon'ble Sir may take a glance of the currently shared images/ photographs of the item under warranty attached to grievance. If the aforementioned product is damaged, then action may be taken against the applicant as I am claiming the item is not damaged, quite obvious from the photographs of the item under warranty. If the item found not damaged, then concerned staff of the I Kall company may be prosecuted under the sections of Indian Penal Code applied for cheating and appropriate penalty may be imposed on the I Kall company for depriving the customers from the services of warranty arbitrarily.

Grievance Details : This was today informed them through email and conversation is attached. Following email was sent on Sun 21-02-2021 12:52 PM to you Honourable Sirs which PDF is attached. Subsequently I Kall company repaired the first mobile. But the second mobile was not repaired with the promise that it will be repaired later on. It is to be noted that the model number of the second mobile number is actually K320 and on its box K300 and a screenshot of software is attached to this representation. Please direct the company to remove the defects of audio which is sometimes automatically stopped and sim-tool first is not working properly.

Undoubtedly you have given a warranty of one year but it does not mean that it may get damaged and consumers may suffer because of a third grade item.

Think morality of the staffs of the company who even after sharing the photographs did not take any action in the matter. As company staff had replied

Now they again sought the photographs and to avoid warranty of services arbitrarily declared the product damaged while the factual position is that item is not damaged.
Here staff of the I Kall company acting like cheaters as they declared the undamaged item as damaged to avoid the services which was to be provided by the I kall company to the customer according to terms and conditions of the company.
ReplyDeleteWe should meditate on it the government at the centre headed by our great prime minister mister Narendra Modi sir is capable to safeguard the rights of customers and consumer protection is feasible in this largest democracy in the world.
Undoubtedly these companies assure warranty of 1 year on the purchased item during the time of purchasing but because of corruption they are really not interested to provide the warranty and once the item sold they become careless towards the warranty services which is the root cause they search the flimsy ground to reject the the warranty services which is quite obvious from the post.
ReplyDeleteThe factual position is that what ever they are claiming about the damaging of the mobile handset which the actual position is that is screen guard is damaged not the the display screen of the mobile handset.
ReplyDeleteOur motive is good governance in which consumer protection rights of each citizen of this country may remain safe.
Undoubtedly I kall company has provided warranty of one year but sim tool is not working within one month from the date when the item was delivered to the customer which implies that third grade item was delivered by the I Kall company to the customer which is mockery of the consumer protection act and consumer rights of the customer were violated by the I Kall company consequently such dealings are tantamount to cheating so they must be prosecuted for cheating the customer.
