PMO usually deny the information through the following cryptic reply regarding grievances submitted by the aggrieved citizens with lure to seek justice from the office of the key public servant. 
Denial of information by CPIO in PMO which means the office of the Modi Sir.

When the aggrieved applicant visited on the link, then the website accessed was public grievance portal of the government of the government of India. When the entries were filled by the applicant, then it was showing error which screenshot was taken and attached to this representation.
2- I pray before the Hon'ble Sir that when status of the submitted grievance was not accessible then aggrieved applicant made attempt on the Jansunwai portal again but by the grace of God this time Jansunwai portal worked fairly and grievance registered on the Jansunwai portal which current status is as follows.

आवेदक का नाम-Ashutosh Singh विषय-According to sub-inspector Jitendra Dubey, Case number 164/2021 is registered at police station Haja under section 352 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Progress of investigation of case by sub-inspector Jitendra Dubey which was handed over to him is zero, but two other cases not registered by Sarojini Nagar police and not investigated by any officer closed by Jitendra Dubey in Air having no ground reality. Not a single point of information could be made available by the aforementioned inspector. Provide the reason for not lodging F.I.R. in the third and fourth successive criminal activities by the criminal elements. First goons in the group of 15 equipped with weapons committed premises trespass and threatened to kill information seeker with hurling abuses, thereafter again made attempt to murder information seeker. Please provide the reason for not lodging F.I.R. as the police concerned are informed regarding attempt to murder information seeker by gangsters.श्री मान पुलिस उपनिरीक्षक जीतेन्द्र दूबे जी आप को आंग्ल भाषा तो आती नहीं है इसलिए सिर्फ आप इतना बताये की जिस केस का आपने पूर्व में जिक्र किया है अर्थात २३/०३/२०२१ की घटना जिसमे विवेचक द्वारा आरोप पत्र न्यायालय में प्रेषित किया जा चुका है किन्तु आप द्वारा हर बार सिर्फ यह लिखा जाता है की विवेचना प्रचलित है अर्थात आप की कार्यशैली संदिग्ध है क्योकि आप टाल मटोल करके केस को कमजोर कर रहे है क्या आप लैटिन maxim न्याय में देरी न्याय से इंकार है परिचित नहीं है श्री मान जी आप किसी बालक को जितनी बार मारेंगे उतनी बार रोयेगा और रोना जन्मजात अधिकार है क्या आप इस प्राकृतिक अधिकार को आप प्रार्थी से छीनना चाहते है यदि प्रार्थी पर तीसरी और चौथी बार जान लेवा हमले का प्रयास किया गया तो आप कैसे कह सकते है की प्रार्थी किसी बात को बढ़ा चढ़ा कर कह रहा है या आप का यह आरोप की प्रार्थी सरकारी कार्य में बाधा डाल रहा है क्या प्रार्थी को धमकाने की सोची समझी साजिश नहीं है जब की आप सरकार के वेतन भोगी कर्मचारी है और आप का कर्तव्य है की आप शिकायतों का गुणवत्ता पूर्ण निस्तारण करे यहां गुणवत्ता की तो बात दूर है आप ने कभी विषय वस्तु को पढ़ा ही नहीं जनसूचना अधिकार २००५ के तहत भी आपने कोई सूचना नहीं उपलब्ध कराइ है जिससे हमें प्रथम अपील प्रस्तुत करना पड़ा सुझाव है आप आंग्ल भाषा का ज्ञान ले अन्यथा उन शिकायतों का निस्तारण न करे जो आंग्ल भाषा में हो

 This is a humble request of your applicant to you, Hon’ble Sir that how can anyone justify to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.

    Undoubtedly the matter is serious because prime minister office is not providing the status of the grievances as it is showing error when the applicant or complainant seeks the status from the website and more surprising thing is that they are denying information under right to information act 2005 regarding the applications which are invited by the by the prime minister office which means they themselves are cooperating the corruption which has grown in the government machinery in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

  2. Undoubtedly government must deliver the services of the standard quality not third quality as being delivered in this country under the regime of Bhartiya Janata party headed by our great prime minister.
    Right to information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India under the regime of Congress to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities so that corruption which is alarming alarmingly rise must be curbed but when the BJP government came into the power then this government began to dilute the provisions of the right to information act 2005.

How can it be justified that concerned may submit inconsistent and arbitrary reports on the public grievance portal of the Government of India and on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and most surprising thing is that he is not reading the contents of the grievance or you can say that he is not understanding the contents of the grievance because contents are written in English language?

Undoubtedly it is a fact that now a days what ever grievances are submitted on the prime minister office portal Government of India status of those grievances are not available on the public grievance portal of the Government of India because of the cryptic dealings of the public grievance portal of the Government of India monitored under the supervision of prime minister office.

Credibility of the public functionaries is important if they will lose the credibility, people will lose faith in the government and there will be complete Anarchy and lawlessness in the government machinery and this lawlessness and Anarchy is at the present time. Which must be overcome by our public functionaries who have occupied key post in the government machinery by winning the confidence of the people during the election.
