* Prayer or Relief Sought Mr. First Appellate Authority, appellant submitted R.T.I. Communique on 07/04/2021 and it was forwarded to public information officer on 08/04/2021 and today is 17/06/2021 which implies that public information officer in the chief minister office violated the subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 which stipulates 30 days to provide information to the information seeker from the  date of receipt of the R.T.I. Communique in the office of the public authority. It is quite obvious that Public Information Officer took under teeth the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 because he has no regard for transparency act as it is against the corruption prevailing in our government machinery like jungle fire. Here matter concerns with the serious irregularities committed by the Varanasi police concerned because of corruption, so chief minister office is adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter. The matter concerns with the cheating and rape with the unmarried girl and opposition party by colluding with the police concerned who misused his post blatantly by undermining the authority of the senior rank officers before whom representations of appellant is pending.  Please take appropriate action, so the wrongdoers may be subjected to  penal proceeding as required under the law of land. Please take appropriate action against PIO not acting according to provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 and supporting wrongdoer police officers who are promoting anarchy.

  2. Under subsection 3 of section 6 of the right to information act 2005 an application submitted under subsection 1 of section 6 of right to information act 2005 is transferred to the other public authorities within 5 days from the date of receipt of the the application in the office of public authority.
Here public information officer in the office of chief minister Uttar Pradesh made the mockery of the provisions of the right to information act 2005 by making undue delay of more than three months in forwarding the communique under subsection 3 of section 6 of the right to information act 2005.

  3. This question arises that whether they will provide information after the matter forwarded by the chief minister office to the director general of police who is the administrative head of the police department.
Everyone knows that they are adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter because of the corruption in the department and if the matter forwarded by the chief minister office it does not mean that it will create pressure on them. These people are selfish limitless.

  4. Right to Information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to curb corruption in the public offices which was growing like Jungle fire in the government machinery but it is unfortunate that this corruption overshadowed The provisions of Right to Information act 2005 which is the failure of the the government machinery and Showing that there is rampant corruption in the public offices in this largest democracy in the world.

  5. There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the police otherwise how the justice would be available to the the women and girls in this largest populous state in this largest democracy in the world.
If the rights of the women are suppressed in the most VIP constituency of the prime minister sir then think about the remote villages and in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
