  1. Issue of Duplicate Passbook must be carried out swiftly to ensure the reach of public services to needy. Our motive is good governance but it would be accessible to people only if there may be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the concerned.

  2. I don't think that they will provide the money because they had a plan to siphon that fund for the personal gains through such communications.
They were only checking that whether this is an unclaimed fund instead of this approach was not public spirited approach because public-spirited approach cannot be expected from such people.

  3. They may provide the fund which is deposited in the account then you may be certain that you will get otherwise if you have not that fund in your pocket then it will reach to your pocket it is not certain because it is under the grasp of department of the Government of India which are incredible departments because of the corruption in the government machinery.

  4. I can only pray before the God that he may grant his blessings on me so that I may get my money refunded or you can say that returned from my account so that in this coronavirus pandemic period I may use that money as I am suffering because of the crunch of money.

  5. At present the demand after aggrieved individual is the duplicate passbook which must be provided and if they are procrastinatimg on this issue then it can be easily guessed that this was integral part of the cryptic style of functioning of the department of post and such cryptic style is used to promote the corruption in the department.
