How can be inconsistent, arbitrary and misleading reports be submitted by the officer like circle officer of the police? Here an assault has been made on the widow Kiran Singh and police is overlooking this assault as putting carpet on the entire episode to conceal its failure. C.O. could not under

  2. Undoubtedly circle officer Lalganj submitted arbitrary and inconsistent report on the public grievance portal of the Government of India and how can it be accepted by the senior rank staff when there is is direct evidence that whatever contents are of the grievance that is totally inconsistent with the report submitted by the circle officer. Here report of the circle officer is misleading one. Here police is trying to conceal the serious assault on the widow perpetrated by the offenders.

  3. It is positive efforts that matter has been reported to the human rights commission of the state of Uttar Pradesh because police was submitting inconsistent and arbitrary reports in the matter and making an attempt to put an end to the entire matter or you can say that they conceal the the matter from the senior rank officers through their arbitrary inconsistent reports.

  4. Here this question arises that whether the justice is not available to the widow or you can say that women and girls in this largest populous state in this largest democracy in the world? It is quite obvious that Police is not lodging FIR in the matter even after the repeated request even when widow was seriously assaulted by the offenders.
Whether it is a good governance as claimed by the few political masters occupied the key post?
