मेरे पिता जी की कोरोना से मौत हो गई इस लिए मै अपने पैतृक ग्राम नीबी गहरवार में तीन मई २०२१ से हूँ लगभग एक महीने हो गए नेटवर्क तो दूर टू जी नेटवर्क भी उपलब्ध नहीं है Whether it is not corruption that undoubtedly you invite appeal to mislead the aggrieved people but the fact is that no action is taken on the appeals. This is tantamount to daylight robbery to loot innocent and gullible people.

मोदी सर बिकास की नई परिभाषा आप के दूरसंचार कर्मियों ने खोज डाली है किसी भी मोबाइल अकाउंट में यदि १० रुपये से ज्यादा टॉक वैल्यू होती है तो आपका भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड कोई वैल्यू एडेड सर्विस एक्टिव करके उस टॉक वैल्यू को काट लेता है अब तो यह ध्यान देना पड़ता है की मोबाइल अकाउंट में १० रुपये से ज्यादा न हो यही है आप के बिकास की परिभाषा ईमानदारी तो नहीं बढ़ी बेईमानी बढ़ गई है ये लोग वही है डीजल बेचा करते थे मेरे पास पूरे रिकॉर्ड है कार्यवाही के लिए भी कहे किन्तु आप तो जानते ही है इस देश में भष्टाचार को संरक्षण ऊपर से है श्री मान जी अब तो विभाग को बेचने का समय आ गया फिर भी बेईमानी न ही गई सोचिये मैंने कहा मेरा कटा पैसा रिफंड कर दो किन्तु कह रहे है हमने मूल्य वर्धित सेवाए ले ली जब की मई जानता हूँ की मैंने इनकी कोई सेवा नहीं ली है मेरे पास आठ जी बी डाटा रोज आता है और इंटरनेट पर अधिकतर सुबिधाए उपलब्ध है फिर मैंने इनसे मूल्य वर्धित सेवाए क्यों ली अर्थात यह इनका ट्रिक है उपभोक्ताओं को लूटने का महोदय जो भी पैसा इन्होने काटा है मूल्य वर्धित सेवाए दे कर उसे वापस कर दे इनके हम फालतू असंगत जवाब से संतुष्ट नहीं है मेरे संरक्षकों ने मुझे चोरी नहीं सिखाई है वल्कि चोरी का विरोध करने की शिक्षा दी है इस व्यथा निवारण से प्रार्थी संतुष्ट नहीं है क्यों की आख्या असंगत और मनमाना है

Undoubtedly it is reflecting the deep rooted corruption in the department of Bharat sanchar Nigam limited which is subsidiary of the department of telecommunication of the Government of India under the supervisory jurisdiction of the prime minister office but having no effective control on the corruption prevail throughout the the department and causing the huge loss to the public exchequer as running under loss because of the mis management in the department. For one month they are providing only 2G network and there is many internet lacunae in providing the proper network. There is gap in providing the network so so they must not charge of the 1 month payment made by them. After all they have to extend one month subscription because they are failed to provide the the required network as required under the subscription.

In the subject matter it has been categorically stated that as far as 3-6 networks are concerned it is not available in the area but 2-G network is also not available in the area. Second matter concerned with the refund of the amount if they are unable to provide the services, then they must refund the service charges charged but failed to provide services. Third point raised is earlier amount deducted from the account arbitrarily not refunded by them and aggrieved with the redressal of the grievance appellant submitted appeal in the matter but it is unfortunate that they only take the appeal like elephant teeth but no action by them in the matter. They have submitted a parrot report in the matter in which matter is not disposed of by the concerned on the merit of the grievance but through arbitrary parrot report ipso facto obvious in the matter and submitted report in it.

ReplyDeleteOur motive is good governance but it seems that because of corruption our public functionaries have been so corrupt that they are encroaching our rights by colluding with the private service providers companies which is quite obvious from the post that even after charging the huge subscription concerned Airtel company is not providing its services.
ReplyDeleteSuch lackadaisical approach in redressing the grievances of the common people can never be praiseworthy.
ReplyDeleteWhere is the honesty if there is no accountability in the working of concerned public functionaries? Only to say sorry is not solution of the problems being faced by the common people of this country. Our motive is good governance but it will be accessible if top constitutional functionaries in this country will be honest.
If the government functionaries are acting like looters then honest people must come forward to protect the credibility of the democratic institutions in this largest democracy in the world. Whether it is justified that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited a public sector undertaking is charging for those services not being provided by them.
