Sir, applicant is attaching few photographs of the national highway seven between Vindhyachal to Mirzapur containing several pits causing difficulty to vehicles and pedestrians as well. On making complaints at the local level they are saying that these contracts are given at the level of central government, and they have not made the road by pursuing the standard norm which caused the ditches and pits and could not face the rain of month of June while heavy rain is to take place. Sir, at least road between Mirzapur and Vindhyachal because of goddess Vindhyachal must be kept in healthy state, but VIPs come to worship goddess Vindhyachal ignore these pits and ditches dug because of water as the material used is of third grade and standard norms were overlooked.Most revered Sir–Your applicant invites the kind attention of Honourable Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows.
1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Hon'ble Sir may take a glance of the attached photographs to this representation showing dilapidated state of the national highway seven. Whether embodiment of development is taking place on the platforms of print and electronic media otherwise truth of development is really reflected by the attached photographs.
3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Hon'ble Sir may think about the truth of development which stability is of only six months. If there may be honesty in the dealings of the government functionaries, then such roads after the renovation and broadening may remain intact for few years. But how the commission will be collected if the roads will not break? Here development means extortion of commission consequently poor roads will break within six months then again same process and collection of commission.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you, Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? ReplyDeleteThink about the slogan which was given during the first parliamentary campaign by Narendra Modi sir that if his party Bhartiya Janata party and its allies get the clear mandate in the parliament then he will make the roads of this country like the roads are Paris. Whether in the Peris whatever roads are made that is reached in dilapidated state within the six months of its modification.
ReplyDeleteWhether it is the reflection of development that in the most of the houses of the Surekapuram colony inundated water of the rain and still few political masters claim to provide good governance and development it is all around the city as well as throughout the country.
ReplyDeleteHere development means overflow of drainage and dirty water overflowing on the roads. There is dirt over the roads and no one will take the account of these dirtiness.
Such uncleaned roads are compared with the roads of Paris and this development is compared with the development made in the USA London and Paris.
Modi Sir is the embodiment of development but what is going there if the roads made before 6 months earlier in the dilapidated state which implies that there is too much corrupt dealings in the department concerned and Modi Sir is frustrated before this corruption quite obvious from his frustration. Management of the state of Gujarat was easy because that was a state but India is a country so people can not be misled time and again.
