4-I pray before the Honourable Sir that 1-Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh S/O Surujoo Singh and his five sons are of criminal nature and applicant is widow of second number son Krishna Kumar Singh S/O Surujoo Singh. High valued land has been forcibly grabbed by Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh, and he is repeatedly assaulting me and my sons.

5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that entire land which is in the side of road is under the possession of Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh and widow is unable to reach the land arbitrarily provided by the Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh as her share who is the eldest son of Surujoo Singh as aforementioned. As stated above his sons are of criminal nature so time and his sons assault the applicant and her sons whenever we go to the piece of land provided by them arbitrarily as our share and Vindhyachal police says that matter concerns the department of revenue so take reprieve from the Tahsil sadar under the law of land.

Please deliver justice to a widow for which applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.

Date-20/06/2021              Yours sincerely

  2. It seems that there is no rule of law in this largest democracy in the world otherwise what is the cause of this anarchy as no justice is available to the vulnerable section especially women and girls.
The matter of Sugan Singh is the example of iawlessness and Anarchy in the government machinery of Uttar Pradesh which is quite obvious from the post as they are not taking any action in the matter when the window knocked all the doors of the public functionaries.

  3. Where is justice to the aggrieved widow in the state of Uttar Pradesh quite obvious that various representations were submitted by the agrieved widow to seek the justice from the public functionaries but it seems that corruption is rampant in the public offices of the government of Uttar Pradesh so justice is not available to the Sugun Singh wife of Krishna Kumar Singh Village Babura Post Babura district Mirzapur police station Vindhyachal.

  4. Government of Uttar Pradesh is not interested in providing widow pension to the widow nor any kind of justice to the widow which is quite obvious from this post that share of land is not being provided to the aggrieved lady. This is a mockery of the law of land.
On the public platforms our public functionaries talk of of weaker and downtrodden section as well as vulnerable section especially women and girls but actual fact is that they are not providing single assistance without taking bribe from them because of the rampant corruption in the public offices in the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
