Undoubtedly it is a mockery of the law of land and clear cut violations of the provisions of right to enharmation 2005 quite obvious from the cryptic working style of the public information officer. It is most unfortunate that no public functionaries will take account of this complete violation of the provisions of right to information act 2005 and the act against the spirit of the right information 2005.
ReplyDeleteI think that there is no credibility of the government machinery in the Government of Uttar Pradesh as act passed by the parliament that is right to information act 2005 has been teeth less in the Government of Uttar Pradesh because of rampant corruption in the government machinery quite obvious from the negligent approach of the accountable public functionaries of the Government of Uttar Pradesh to right to information act 2005.
