The matter concerns with the poor data supply speed on the mobile number 7379105911 which is quite obvious that yesterday entire services of BSNL were disrupted. Whether arbitrariness and non transparency in providing the public services by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited a public sector undertakings of the Government of India is justified? This is not the first complaint against the third grade services being provided by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, but they are habitual to harass the customers as they are addicted to provide such bad services as integral part of their bad practices. Moreover, my dwelling place Mohalla- Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin code-231001 is just closed to Surekapuram Telephone exchange, so network is better in comparison to service providers in the area. More than one month because of casualty I had to go my village where 3 G services were not available, so they only charged subscription without providing services and now when I am living in Surekapuram they are not providing network data speed which is causing zero navigation. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India is acting like paralysed body which presence has zero effect for them. I have sent messages to them numerous time, but outcome remained zero. Whether parrot report inconsistent with submissions of the grievance in the regime of Modi Sir by BSNL is justified?
Other complaints and their inconsistent and arbitrary redressal are attached to the grievance for perusal of the Honourable Sir. If Modi government is more interested to sell the public sector company B.S.N.L. ,then it must sell so that its services may improve.

It is quite obvious that they are not interested to improve the services providing to the consumers so it is obligated duty of the government of India to sell these companies to the private players as their motive is confirmed that they have already sold many government sector companies to the private players who are their disciples

Think about the gravity of situation that they did not correct the network problem still even when repeated complaints are being submitted before them. Whether it is a rule of law or complete anarchy and lawlessness undoubtedly it must be decided by the electorates in the forthcoming election.
ReplyDeleteApplicant provided them the service charges for the internet services but they are not providing the internet services to the applicant. Undoubtedly applicant was at there at its native place but now it is in the City and there must be the internet services.
How much surprising that our prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar Modi embodiment of development but most of the public sector undertakings are being sold whether such is the development.
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly we are not intellectually developed because we are being misled by stupid persons and we are not able to find the actual position whether it is not our misfortune.
Here complaints are being made because of the poor services being provided by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited as it charged the data pack but actually not providing 3G services but it is only providing 2G services and in 2G services internet navigation is not successful and internet surfing cannot be done by the users and complaints are being made but they are overlooking the complaints.
