Moreover, Sir whether nephew of  mayor of Ayodhya can sell the najool land which title is vested with the government in 2.5 crore INR while it was purchased by him in merely 20 Lakh INR ipso facto obvious from the widely circulated news in the print and electronic media? If Hon'ble Sirs do not read the newspaper to avoid the corruption committed by the government functionaries, then newspaper cutting of leading daily Amar Ujala is attached to the representation.  Mayor of Ayodhya is Rishikesh Upadhyay who is the witness in the earlier controversial land deal carried out between Ram temple Trust and other intermediaries. Mr. Deep Narayan is the nephew of the mayor Rishikesh Upadhyay. Whether mayor Ayodhya has not blatantly abused his post, rank and status to influence the deal? Here our tradition is to overlook each wrongdoing unless public may come on the roads. Whether such corrupt practices will be stopped by our accountable public functionaries? Everyone knows that a corrupt can never take action against a corrupt because he himself suffers with fear psychosis to be punished in his inner conscious so avoids such matters. Whether corruption is over dominant in our society. Undoubtedly we are overlooking national interest because of individual interests.  According to District Magistrate, Ayodhya, Mr. Anuj Kumar Jha comments on the matter as follows. He will keep himself aloof from the land dealings of Ram Temple Trust. He again accepts that without freehold, no one can do the registry of the Najool land. Furthermore, he again says that individual doing registry must disclose the factual position to the public staffs executing the job of registry. Sir, whether evildoer will itself accept its evils if he has malicious approaches? District Magistrate is the administrative head in the district, how can he overlook the serious irregularities being committed in the offices of his subordinates?  Everyone knows that construction of Ram Temple at Ayodhya is not only election Planck, but it remained source of income since 1986 as donations were collected by its volunteers at the local level by launching various campaigns like Rath yatra and others.  I know that here voices are suppressed, and own pockets are filled nothing else. We need honest people not pseudo honest.  No public functionary can say that the matter was not in his knowledge. Its value is Rs 5.80 crore. It was purchased from Kusum Pathak and Harish Pathak by Sultan Ansari and Ravi Mohan Tiwari for Rs 2 crore. The purchase had two witnesses — Anil Mishra, a member of the Ram Janmabhoomi Trust, and Rishikesh Upadhyay, who is the Mayor of Ayodhya. It was purchased at 7.10 pm. In the next five minutes, the same land was bought by Ram Janmabhoomi Trust and Champat Rai for Rs 18.5 crore from Ansari and Tiwari. Rs 17 crore was transferred through RTGS.” Explanation of the  Ram temple Trust is as follows. Outlining the detailed history of agreements on the land deal, the Trust stated that on March 18, Ravi Mohan Tiwari and Sultan Ansari had bought the land registered with numbers 243, 244 and 246 by a sale deed for an amount of Rs 2 crore, with “valuation at circle rate Rs 5.80 crores and stamp for Rs 5.80 crores Valuation”. The statement added that Tiwari and Ansari entered into an agreement on the same day to sell this land to the Ram Janmabhoomi Trust. “Consideration amount agreed was Rs. 18.50 crores. Payment of Rs. 17 crores was made as advance by online transaction,” it further stated. The temple Trust has also said that the land is situated at a “prime” location and the price at which it was bought was “much less than the actual market rate in Ayodhya”. The statement comes at a time when there have been widespread allegations of corruption in connection with the Ayodhya land deal and claims that Shriram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust general secretary Champat Rai had bought the piece of land at an inflated price. 3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that whether in this short explanation of Ram temple trust it was explained properly why the Rs.17 crore was transferred through RTGS out of 18.5 crore for the land valued Rs. 2crore ipso facto?
