The problem concerns with network being provided by the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited on the mobile number 7379105911. This problem persists in the area since yesterday. If there is problem in charging of the battery then it must be repaired and if repairing is not feasible then it must be replaced instead of creating problem before the consumers otherwise they will be frustrated and it will cause more damage to the system. Think about other service providers network problem mostly remains 24 hours and you have not repaired your network problem in 48 hours whether it is not representing carelessness of the concerned staffs. Your Swift action is obvious from the fact that you sent the expert after 24 hours and they could not repair the damaged portion of the battery charging system which was damaged because of the poor supply of the current of the department of electricity. Which is in the dilapidated state.

The matter concerns with the poor data supply speed on the mobile number 7379105911 which is quite obvious from the attached screenshot. Whether arbitrariness and non transparency in providing the public services by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited a public sector undertakings of the Government of India is justified? This is not the first complaint against the third grade services being provided by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, but they are habitual to harass the customers as they are addicted to provide such bad services as integral part of their bad practices. Moreover, my dwelling place Mohalla- Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin code-231001 is just closed to Surekapuram Telephone exchange, so network is better in comparison to service providers in the area. More than one month because of casualty I had to go my village where 3 G services were not available, so they only charged subscription without providing services and now when I am living in Surekapuram they are not providing network data speed which is causing zero navigation. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India is acting like paralysed body which presence has zero effect for them. I have sent messages to them numerous time, but outcome remained zero. Whether parrot report inconsistent with submissions of the grievance in the regime of Modi Sir by BSNL is justified?

It is quite obvious that they are not interested to improve the services providing to the consumers so it is obligated duty of the government of India to sell these companies to the private players as their motive is confirmed that they have already sold many government sector companies to the private players who are their disciples

Think about the deep rooted corruption and mis management in the public authority Bharat sanchar Nigam limited which resulted entire department has collapsed and business has been derailed, only there is infrastructure no consumers such is the dilapidated state of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited where the third and fourth class employees mostly are given permanent/compulsory retirement. Such compulsory retirement was given with the motive to achieve an ulterior design.
