मेरे पिता जी की कोरोना से मौत हो गई इस लिए मै अपने पैतृक ग्राम नीबी गहरवार में तीन मई २०२१ से हूँ लगभग एक महीने हो गए नेटवर्क तो दूर टू जी नेटवर्क भी उपलब्ध नहीं है Whether it is not corruption that undoubtedly you invite appeal to mislead the aggrieved people but the fact is that no action is taken on the appeals. This is tantamount to daylight robbery to loot innocent and gullible people.

मोदी सर बिकास की नई परिभाषा आप के दूरसंचार कर्मियों ने खोज डाली है किसी भी मोबाइल अकाउंट में यदि १० रुपये से ज्यादा टॉक वैल्यू होती है तो आपका भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड कोई वैल्यू एडेड सर्विस एक्टिव करके उस टॉक वैल्यू को काट लेता है अब तो यह ध्यान देना पड़ता है की मोबाइल अकाउंट में १० रुपये से ज्यादा न हो यही है आप के बिकास की परिभाषा ईमानदारी तो नहीं बढ़ी बेईमानी बढ़ गई है ये लोग वही है डीजल बेचा करते थे मेरे पास पूरे रिकॉर्ड है कार्यवाही के लिए भी कहे किन्तु आप तो जानते ही है इस देश में भष्टाचार को संरक्षण ऊपर से है श्री मान जी अब तो विभाग को बेचने का समय आ गया फिर भी बेईमानी न ही गई सोचिये मैंने कहा मेरा कटा पैसा रिफंड कर दो किन्तु कह रहे है हमने मूल्य वर्धित सेवाए ले ली जब की मई जानता हूँ की मैंने इनकी कोई सेवा नहीं ली है मेरे पास आठ जी बी डाटा रोज आता है और इंटरनेट पर अधिकतर सुबिधाए उपलब्ध है फिर मैंने इनसे मूल्य वर्धित सेवाए क्यों ली अर्थात यह इनका ट्रिक है उपभोक्ताओं को लूटने का महोदय जो भी पैसा इन्होने काटा है मूल्य वर्धित सेवाए दे कर उसे वापस कर दे इनके हम फालतू असंगत जवाब से संतुष्ट नहीं है मेरे संरक्षकों ने मुझे चोरी नहीं सिखाई है वल्कि चोरी का विरोध करने की शिक्षा दी है इस व्यथा निवारण से प्रार्थी संतुष्ट नहीं है क्यों की आख्या असंगत और मनमाना है

Undoubtedly it is reflecting the deep rooted corruption in the department of Bharat sanchar Nigam limited which is subsidiary of the department of telecommunication of the Government of India under the supervisory jurisdiction of the prime minister office but having no effective control on the corruption prevail throughout the the department and causing the huge loss to the public exchequer as running under loss because of the mis management in the department. For one month they are providing only 2G network and there is many internet lacunae in providing the proper network. There is gap in providing the network so so they must not charge of the 1 month payment made by them. After all they have to extend one month subscription because they are failed to provide the the required network as required under the subscription.

In the subject matter it has been categorically stated that as far as 3-6 networks are concerned it is not available in the area but 2-G network is also not available in the area. Second matter concerned with the refund of the amount if they are unable to provide the services, then they must refund the service charges charged but failed to provide services. Third point raised is earlier amount deducted from the account arbitrarily not refunded by them and aggrieved with the redressal of the grievance appellant submitted appeal in the matter but it is unfortunate that they only take the appeal like elephant teeth but no action by them in the matter. They have submitted a parrot report in the matter in which matter is not disposed of by the concerned on the merit of the grievance but through arbitrary parrot report ipso facto obvious in the matter and submitted report in it.

The matter concerns with the poor data supply speed on the mobile number 7379105911 which is quite obvious from the attached screenshot. Whether arbitrariness and non transparency in providing the public services by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited a public sector undertakings of the Government of India is justified? This is not the first complaint against the third grade services being provided by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, but they are habitual to harass the customers as they are addicted to provide such bad services as integral part of their bad practices. Moreover, my dwelling place Mohalla- Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin code-231001 is just closed to Surekapuram Telephone exchange, so network is better in comparison to service providers in the area. More than one month because of casualty I had to go my village where 3 G services were not available, so they only charged subscription without providing services and now when I am living in Surekapuram they are not providing network data speed which is causing zero navigation. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India is acting like paralysed body which presence has zero effect for them. I have sent messages to them numerous time, but outcome remained zero. Whether parrot report inconsistent with submissions of the grievance in the regime of Modi Sir by BSNL is justified?

ReplyDeleteIt seems that Government of India specially its responsible public functionaries have made plan to sell the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited which is the root cause of this anarchy that they want to show the public that this undertaking is running in huge loss so it would be better to sale if it is running in loss nothing profit it will gain to the government and it will cause extra burden on the public exchequer so it is expedient to sale this public sector undertaking.
ReplyDeleteThere are so many undertakings which have been sold by the Modi government by taking the corrupt public functionaries of the undertakings under good faith and crushing the rights of the innocent and gullible working staff in the undertakings and there was mass scale strikes but those strikes were crushed or you can say that voices of the poor people were crushed by the government through the tyranny of corrupt public functionaries.
There is no transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public sector company directly under control of the Government of India and repeated complaints are being made by the public spirited people but all the representations are being thrown into the dustbin on the public grievance portal of the Government of India which is showing complete absence of law and order and overlooking the consumer rights as well as complete anarchy and lawlessness in the working of the staff of public sector undertaking.
ReplyDeleteThink about the gravity of situation that these staff used to sell diesel which was used in the telephone exchanges to operate the generators in the case of non supply of electricity and now most of the telephone exchanges of the public sector undertaking Bharat sanchar Nigam limited are not in working condition.
Whether the government undertakings may provide 3rd grade services to the citizens of the country may be considered such governance as good governance quite obvious from the rhetorics of few political masters who claim to provide good governance while the actual fact is that they are providing complete lawlessness and Anarchy in the name of good governance.
ReplyDeleteIt is a fact that Bharat sanchar Nigam limited public sector undertaking of Government of India is providing dismal performance and most surprising is that no action is being taken on the complaints of the public spirited person and consumers as well because it seems that they are themselves interested to sale that government sector company to the private players who are the the henchmen of political masters.
