An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India own behalf of Anjaney Shukla S/O Sachchida Nand Shukla to make enquiry regarding the non reaching of the scholarship to account of the aggrieved applicant even when online application with registration number-690420502000824 was finally approved by the district scholarship committee. The matter concerns the scholarship of Anjaney Shukla Village-NAUGAON POST NADINI DIST MIRZAPUR- STATE UTTARPRADESH PINCODE 231303 as scholarship did not reach to account of the aggrieved applicant. Here it is must to inform that entire formalities completed by the aggrieved applicant. Applicant is the son of a poor farmer and Rs.50000 as fee of one semester and many more other expenses can not be afforded by poor parents as means of livelihood is farming. ReplyDeleteThis is consequent of hard labour of the applicant quite obvious from the post. If the student is entitled for the scholarship, then he must be provided scholarship. Here role of the government functionaries is quite negative in the state of Uttar Pradesh who are indulged in unlawful practices by depriving proper candidates of their scholarships and providing these scholarships to those not entitled for the scholarship.
ReplyDeleteIt is well known fact that government schemes to disburse the scholarship among the poor students and genius students is full of anomalies and repeated complaints are being made by the public spirited persons but government functionaries are not taking seriously thes individuals which is quite obvious from their cryptic working style and printed reports on the internet and published news in the print and electronic media and the most important thing is that corruption news are circulated in the print and electronic media, there is substantial information about the corruption and substantial evidence as well but no action is taken against the wrongdoer by the government functionaries because they are acting by colluding with them as they have blessings of our government functionaries because most of the colleges and institutions are run by their local political masters like member of parliaments and members of state assembly.
ReplyDeleteIt is well expected fact of the government of Uttar Pradesh that there is deep rooted corruption in the disbursement of of scholarships to the students and government is not taking serious steps to curb the growing corruption in the disbursement of scholarship to the students and when the complaints are made by these aggrieved students they did not take cognizance of the matter which is quite obvious from their lackadaisical approach to deal with such matters. Even in the serious allegations of corruption, government always make efforts to conceal the the fact from the public and wants to shield the criminal elements who are acting behind a screen and mostly white collar criminals are engaged in such activities.
