A petition under Article 32 of the constitution of India to seek investigation by the premier investigation agency central bureau of investigation which may be carried out under the monitoring of Apex court.
Undoubtedly the matter of construction of Lord Ram temple at Ayodhya after the landmark judgement of the Apex court of India is a national issue not the state matter so need of hour invites the interference of apex court if an outfit is playing with emotions of a large section of people. An enquiry under the monitoring of apex court may be ordered by the apex court of India regarding the collections of donations and its misuse in the name of construction of Ram temple.
To
Honourable Chief Justice of India / Companion Judges of the Apex Court

Prayer-Please pass an appropriate order so that misuse of the name of Lord Ram by a particular outfit for individual gains may stop and huge donations collected by the volunteers of the ruling party both at the state and in centre may be checked in a transparent and accountable manner consequently misuse of donations of citizens of this country and misleading of innocent and gullible citizenry may be controlled.

Amid fraud allegations, Ram temple Trust releases purchase details of Ayodhya land deal

By: Express Web Desk | New Delhi |
Updated: June 15, 2021 4:21:44 pm

Allegations by public spirited people as follows
“The piece of land in Ayodhya is registered with number 243, 244 and 246. Its value is Rs 5.80 crore. It was purchased from Kusum Pathak and Harish Pathak by Sultan Ansari and Ravi Mohan Tiwari for Rs 2 crore. The purchase had two witnesses — Anil Mishra, a member of the Ram Janmabhoomi Trust, and Rishikesh Upadhyay, who is the Mayor of Ayodhya. It was purchased at 7.10 pm. In the next five minutes, the same land was bought by Ram Janmabhoomi Trust and Champat Rai for Rs 18.5 crore from Ansari and Tiwari. Rs 17 crore was transferred through RTGS.”

Explanation of the  Ram temple Trust is as follows.
Outlining the detailed history of agreements on the land deal, the Trust stated that on March 18, Ravi Mohan Tiwari and Sultan Ansari had bought the land registered with numbers 243, 244 and 246 by a sale deed for an amount of Rs 2 crore, with “valuation at circle rate Rs 5.80 crores and stamp for Rs 5.80 crores Valuation”. The statement added that Tiwari and Ansari entered into an agreement on the same day to sell this land to the Ram Janmabhoomi Trust. “Consideration amount agreed was Rs. 18.50 crores. Payment of Rs. 17 crores was made as advance by online transaction,” it further stated.

The temple Trust has also said that the land is situated at a “prime” location and the price at which it was bought was “much less than the actual market rate in Ayodhya”.

The statement comes at a time when there have been widespread allegations of corruption in connection with the Ayodhya land deal and claims that Shriram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust general secretary Champat Rai had bought the piece of land at an inflated price.
3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that whether in this short explanation of Ram temple trust it was explained properly why the Rs.17 crore was transferred through RTGS out of 18.5 crore for the land valued Rs. 2crore ipso facto? Whether the initial offered price for an agreement of land is  multi times greater than the actual price of the land?
4-I pray before the Honourable Sir that this news widely circulated in our country through print and electronic media of this country and media made it prime item as matter concerns with the mockery of the emotions of the large section of the people and their donations therefore it invites apex court as apex can not keep itself aloof from the controversy infringing the interests of large scale common people who were pressed psychologically to give donation for the construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya.
5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that this donation for the construction of Ram temple is being collected since the date chariot journey was started by the Vishw Hindu Parishad and Bajarang Dal for the construction of Ram temple in 1986 by igniting communal struggle in this country by disturbing the peace and tranquility of the nation resulting heavy loss to country.

  2. Undoubtedly local volunteers of the Bharatiya Janata party were collecting donations from the innocent and gullible citizens of this country to fill their own pockets quite obvious from the post and it is well known fact that apex court of India will not take any action in the matter because everyone likes like minded people and they are colluding with each other in looting the innocent and gullible people.

Think about the gravity of situation that saffron brigade of this country looting the innocent and gullible citizens of this country in the name of construction of the Ram temple since 35 years when they initiated the movement to make the Ram temple and they initiated the chariot campaign with the help of sister concerns and Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang dal.

1-Aforementioned representation sent to D.M. Ayodhya is also attached to this representation, Please provide the action taken in the matter if any on the part of district administration.

2-If D.M. did not deem fit to take any action, then provide the reason as required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005.

3-If D.M. Ayodhya takes action any action on the representations of aggrieved people received on the executive email of D.M. , then provide how many emails received and action taken on the number of emails by District Magistrate during last month and this month.

  4. I don't think that they will take this application submitted under subsection 1 of section 6 of right to information act 2005 by the public spirited person Yogi M. P. Singh will take seriously because they know that if they will provide information in the public domain they will be exposed and it is quite obvious from the post that land of price value of 2 crore was purchased in 18.5 crore rupees and even then registry was not executed by the concerned public authorities which reflects the deep rooted corruption in the donations taken by the RAM temple construction trust having patronage of the ruling party.

Think about the gravity of situation that in the name of construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya saffron brigade is seeking donations since the year 1986 when Bhartiya Janata party and its sister concerns initiated campaign to make the Ram temple at the birthplace of RAM in Ayodhya. Consequently they collected huge fund and where is going these funds no one knows and this matter is of the national interest or National issue which resulted huge loss to this country reaping benefits of this issue a particular outfit of this country.
