Grievance Description
On the one side of the screen, our great prime did not marry and dedicated entire life for the weaker and downtrodden section as said during the parliamentary election campaign but, unfortunately, following grievance disposed of by the Officer Name-Sri Vivekanand V Mahajan Officer Designation-Area Personnel Manager articulating the cryptic word Grievance is not specific which means exploitation of poor labourers on the large scale will be allowed as such in the coal mines of India. Please take a glance of the report dated 02/09/2020 as aforementioned. Honourable Sir, neither we are protecting our ecology nor protecting the rights of weaker and downtrodden section. These things are quite obvious from the blind exploitation of the natural resources by the government functionaries. Here outsourced staffs mean the exploitation poor labourers by the government functionaries through private contractors. Government functionaries are amassing huge wealth on a large scale but apex court of India will overlook this matter concerned with the wide public interest that matter is not covered with the P.I.L. Guidelines.

Comment of the concerned staff of the ministry of the coal as follows. This matter concerned with the wide public interest that matter is not covered with the P.I.L. Guidelines. There are a lot of private coal companies who are not in under this Ministry. If the matter concerns the wide public interest then whether ministry of coal does not entertain the matter ipso facto? Whether ministry of coal only works on those representations which cover under public interest litigation guidelines? If numerous coal companies do not come under the ambit of coal ministry, then it will not act on the complaints made against the irregularities being committed in the companies come under its ambit. Sir it is most unfortunate that ministry concerned neither working with transparency and accountability and if someone makes efforts to fix accountability, then arbitrary replies, they prefer to provide to public spirited people. Where is the honesty if function is cryptic non providing information

Government through its subsidiary extracting coal from coal mines through greedy contractors by using modern upgraded advanced tools by ignoring the large number labourers who are already dependent on these coal mines and thus causing great damage to the environment and ecology to this nation. Sir coal mines have limited resources which may exhaust if there will be irregular excavation of coal from these mines. Whether the aforementioned subject was covered in the reply of the concerned public authority. Here matter concerned with the excavation of coal from mines by using advanced machinery tools and overlooking the wide interest of the mining workers has been overlooked. Here the reply of the public authority concerned is cryptic and mysterious and concerned staff is running away from the core issue raised by the applicant in the wide public interest. ReplyDeleteSeveral movies have been made on the exploitation of the the workers working in the coal mines in India which shows the vulnerable conditions of the workers but still Government of India did not learn any lesson from these films.
ReplyDeleteMovies are the presentations of the standard of the living of the concerned people both audio and visible. Whether the government made attempt to curb the exploitation of the poor working staff in the coal mines, undoubtedly not because of the corruption rampant in the government machinery.
Our prime minister Mr Narendra Modi advocates the rights of weaker and downtrodden section but his subordinate ministry is exploiting the poor working class through their senior rank public functionaries who are given key post in the administrative management which is a mockery of the law of land and it seems that whatever promised by the prime minister sir is not being followed by his subordinates.
ReplyDeleteExploitation of vulnerable working class in the coal mines in India is quite old invited the attention films makers who made films which remained quite popular. It is fact that quantum of exploitation increased during Modi regime.
ReplyDeleteI think that public functionaries have been uncontrolled in this country because of rampant corruption in the public offices. They are enjoying luxuries at the expenses of the public exchequer and exploiting the vulnerable section.
The matter concerns the blatant abuse of power by the Manager Mr. Kanhaiya Mishra if the allegations made against him are found true after proper enquiry by the competent authority in the transparent and accountable manner.
