Whether a private bank does not provide interest on the money deposited in the savings account of the customers as done by the Axis Bank, Beltar, District-Mirzapur as not provided single penny as interest to the aggrieved Keshaw Pratap Singh S/O Rajendra Pratap Singh for the amount deposited in savings account for last 10 years?Which is the root cause the aforementioned bank runs away from providing transaction details through S.M.S. alerts on the registered mobile number-9794089100 properly and its staffs commit several others irregularities. An application under Article 51 A. The matter is concerned with irregularity in the transaction  made in the account of Keshaw Pratap Singh S/O Rajendra Pratap Singh like not providing information through S.M.S. on the registered Mobile number-9794089100 as well as bank has never provided the interest on the amount deposited in the savings bank account of the Axis Bank, Beltar, District-Mirzapur. The aforementioned bank is busy in looting the consumers by not providing the transaction details through the 
S.M.S. alerts on the registered mobile numbers of the consumers. Whether bank will provide the interest detail of last five years in regard to aforementioned account number on the registered mobile number of the aggrieved applicant Keshaw Pratap Singh S/O Rajendra Pratap Singh? Sir applicant has made repeated complaints regarding the irregularities of the Axis Bank, Beltar, District-Mirzapur, but it is unfortunate their cryptic working style to loot the customers is still continued.

According to the aggrieved individual no interest was provided into his account by the concerned bank staff and bank staff on the public grievance portal of the Government of India is saying that they have provided the interest and they also gave the detail regarding the interest provided by them now this question arises that whether the the detail provided by the bank staff and the update of the passbook will tally if not tallied then something is wrong.

Here this question arises that if they have provided these interests then why did the concerned staff not send the messages through short messages services available on the registered mobile number of the account holder which is quite obvious from the fact that not a single information was made available regarding the interest provided by the bank to the account holder.

If Everything is ok then why are they not updating the passbook and not providing the transaction detail through the short message services on the registered mobile number with account which implies that something is wrong that must be rectified by the bank concerned so that faith of the consumers may be established in the bank. There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the banks that must be installed by the government.
