  1. Think about the gravity of situation that concerned staffs of state bank of India arbitrarily denied the sought information.
Provide the reason for not forwarding the aforementioned grievance submitted on behalf of the applicant to the aforementioned branch manager concerned as the matter is closely connected with his working.

  2. Undoubtedly right to information act 2005 was brought up during the regime of Congress to promote the transparency and accountability and curb the corruption in the government machinery but when the BJP government under the leadership of Narendra Modi came into power since it was a corrupt government it commenced to dilute the provisions of right to information act 2005 quite obvious from their working style now it has been proved fact that not a single public functionary wants to provide information under this era of corruption.

  3. Everyone knows that over three years representations are being submitted to the concern public functionaries but it is unfortunate that this matter concerned with the deep rooted corruption was solve by partially return back of the deducted amount which is a mockery of the law of land and reflects the deep rooted corruption in the government machinery.

  4. At least in one case they had to refund the total amount they have deducted through forgery but it seems that the corruption is rampant so they returned half of the amount deducted from the account of the girl student belonging to the oppressed section which is quite obvious from the cryptic dealings of the corrupt public functionaries of the department concerned.
