State Public Information Concerned made available aforementioned sought information online today i.e. 22/04/2021 as follows.
Under each point, you provided information as follows.
Applicant cum victim Ashutosh Singh lodged F.I.R. on 13/03/2021 registered by police as Litigation number-124/2021 under section 307 of Indian Penal Code. Police are carrying out investigations and collecting evidence.
Right to Information Act 2005 was brought up by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority. Under the first point   it is categorically mentioned Krishna Nagar police station as well as in the Sarojini Nagar police station.
Here your misleading report is only concerned with Krishna Nagar Police station not Sarojini Nagar police station which means the provided information is incomplete.
Applicant itself identified an offender in police station Krishna Nagar out of four suspects but it seems police left him arbitrarily by taking bribes otherwise why not provided the detail of that offener under pont 2.

Under point 3 they did not take any action in regard to Jaguar car used by culprits while the registration detail is available to them quite obviously from the F.I.R. Police did not provide any information as sought by the information seeker because it is more interested in shielding the criminal elements because of the corruption.

  1. Applicant itself identified an offender in police station Krishna Nagar out of four suspects but it seems police left him arbitrarily by taking bribes otherwise why not provided the detail of that offener under pont 2.
When the matter was published in the vernacular daily in detail and entire Lucknow is well apprised with the fact then think about the police is shielding offenders and the Jaguar car used by them. Such is the law and order in the state capital.

  2. Why did Lucknow police not provide information under right to information act 2005 quite obvious from the content of the post in which they did not provide a single point information. No information was made available by the public information officer of the Lucknow police which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to information act 2005 but it is unfortunate no action will be taken against the wrongdoer public information officer because these public information officers have the blessings of senior rank bureaucrats and by colluding with them they withheld the information.

  3. Who are being respected by the Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh is quite obvious that a cricketer was mercilessly beaten by the criminal elements in broad daylight as well as at a public place and he was attacked repeatedly 4 times within 15 days and no culprit was its still arrested one was detained and identified by the victim but he was left by the concerned police by taking the bribe such is the corruption in the Lucknow police.

  4. Corrupt officer's saving criminal there should be immediate action towards them under yogi sir government.i my self identified an accused name uthaw shukla in krishna nagar police station then how he have been left out .3 name already been identified piyush singh ,risabh thakur, uthaw shukla and 4th name till not yet .police knows everything then also hiding criminals it's big shame as a UP cricketer I getting this treatment by police officers.

  5. Right to Information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities but it seems that because of corruption the edge of this weapon has been Blunt which is quite obvious from the lackadaisical approach of the Public Information Officer of the Lucknow police who did not provide a single point information as sought by the information seeker.
