  1. Provide the reason for not taking action against the unregistered company manufacturing whiteboard marker ink and selling openly in the market.
Whether the fake companies can sell their spurious products openly in the regime of Modi Sir ipso facto. Spurious white board Marker can be sold openly by fake companies as no action was taken on the repeated complaints made to the competent authorities.

  2. It seems that in the Government of Modi sir it has been set up practice that they will not provide any information to the information seekers because they know that what ever they are doing that is not in accordance with the law of land and if their corrupt deeds will be exposed in the public through The right to information act 2005 then their image will be ruined before the public of this country so they are withholding the information whatever they have to provide under The right to information act 2005.

  3. They must provide the reason why did they deny the information which was sought by the information seeker quite obvious from the submitted application under right to information act 2005 in the matter which means that they are not interested in taking action against the company which is selling fake articles.

  4. If they are honest then why are they not taking any action in the matter concerned with the deep rooted corruption which is quite obvious from the post that they had provided spurious whiteboard marker ink which is illegal and violating the provisions of consumer protection act.
