Prayer-Please pass appropriate order for defaulter company to release the mature amount of the aggrieved Om Prakash Maurya with due interest.  With great respect to revered Sir, your applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.  1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that concerned errant staffs of the company harassing the innocent and gullible citizen from more than one year whose fault is that he believed the defaulter company and they cheated him.    2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that gentle man expressed the confidence and invested the money because this defaulter company is recognized by the government of India to do the business on this land.   3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that now it is responsibility of the government to ensure the safety of rights of investor concerned from such cheaters.
